“It’s better to think with your soul than your brain.”

Songwriter Krysle Lip just might know the secret to life. His first single Electric Mirror off his upcoming debut album Intravenous Therapy calls out the one thing that has become the norm in every day life…social media. His haunting lyrics and Bowie-esque vocals radiate through your mind and make you stop and think about what truly matters. This song is a breath of fresh air in a sea of ego-pop commercialized artists that make up the majority of the music world these days.

This album is guaranteed to gain the attention of anyone who is looking for real words and beautifully engineered music. I believe that this album could have the chance to be a role model to the “selfie generation” if they actually take the time to listen. It has the the capability to gain the attention of the masses with its entrancing melodies…and possibly making an impact on a world that is so wrapped up in themselves.

But don’t just take my word for it. Listen for yourself.

There is no release date for his album yet but you can follow him on his website or socially on:

Extended Plays is an ongoing music series of all the music that I stumble upon. I listen to the music, go with my gut and spill my honest and sometimes brutal opinion all over this blog. I hope you take the time to check out the artists I review for yourselves. I tend to believe that I am always right about everything but the most beautiful thing about music is that my opinion doesn’t matter to anyone but myself.
